New Volunteer Leader Instructions

Thank you for volunteering with Glenn County 4-H.

– You must complete the online portion of enrollment and your status be "Pending". Then you will need to turn in your enrollment fee ($20), 2-page Medical Forms and the Confidential Self-Disclosure, to your Key Leader or the Cooperative Extension Office to complete the online enrollment process. The Cooperative Extension Office will complete the enrollment when these items are turned in and change your status to "Active". Link to adult enrollment forms:

LEADER ORIENTATION – Every new leader must participate in the Leader Orientation. You can find it at the following link: . It is only 24 minutes long. When you have completed watching it, you will need to sign the attached “4-H Volunteer Orientation Completion Form” and take the “Leader Orientation Knowledge Quiz”, then turn both forms into the 4-H Office. At the Cooperative Extension Office, we have a packet for you with information about Glenn County 4-H. This will help with the quiz.
