Many youth and adult volunteers have been a part of the Glenn County 4-H Council. As a community, we are all so fortunate to have built a strong program in Glenn County, utilizing the Council Volunteer Management Organization (VMO) model. Through the years, the 4-H program has grown and evolved across the state, including the governing structure. As of Monday, August 21, 2023, the Glenn County 4-H Council has sunset and has moved to operating under a new VMO model, the Glenn County 4-H Advisory Team. This change is just another pivotal representation of the program’s growth and change. For the time being, the meeting agendas and meeting minutes will remain available on our website for historical reflection and data. For current information including meeting agendas and meeting minutes, please see the link for the “4-H Advisory Team”.

Council Meetings will be held at 7:00 p.m. at the UCCE Office and via Zoom Meeting. The link is emailed to the email address listed on 4-H Online at the time of enrollment. We encourage all leaders and senior members (14 years and older) to take an active part in the decision-making process as you are voting members. All clubs should be represented. Notify the office if you have any items you would like included on the agenda by the first of the month.

For more historical Council meeting agendas and minutes please contact the UCCE Office at (530)865-1107.
