We will be in the Learning Resource Center (LRC). Please follow the signs and be prepared to walk a short distance from the parking lot to the building. If you plan on bringing heavy supplies for your presentation, it is recommended that you bring a wagon. 
Arrive by 8:30 a.m. to receive your room assignment; Presentations will begin promptly at 9:30 a.m.

Tehama, Glenn, Sutter, Yuba, Butte and Colusa Counties participating

All 4-H members, 5-19 years of age, are eligible to participate if they have qualified at the county level. Contact your local 4-H staff for your county eligibility requirements.

Primary members, 5-8 years of age, will not be judged, but will receive participation awards. All other age groups will be judged and be awarded a blue or gold award.

The state presentation format descriptions and evaluation rubrics will be used. See the for a full description of the presentation formats and rubrics in the “2016 4-H Presentation Manual”.

Each county participating must provide 3 Judges and 1 Room Coordinator for every 5 or fraction of presentations from your county. Adults and 4-H members, 9th grade or older may judge; teens must have received a gold at county, sectional or state presentation days to be eligible to judge. Room Coordinators must be 9th grade or older.

Pre-registration is required. Northern Area 4-H Presentation Day Forms  or online registration must be received by the Butte County 4-H Office by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, April 3. 8:30 a.m.         Check-in; receive room assignments
9:00 a.m.         Evaluator/Room Coordinators Orientation & Assignments

9:00 a.m.         Welcome Assembly and Colors

9:30 a.m.         Presentations begin in assigned rooms

Directions to Butte Community College, 3536 Butte Campus Drive, Oroville, CA 95965:

Take exit 376 from Hwy 99. Head east on Durham-Pentz Road. In 3.6 miles turn left onto Butte Campus Drive. The Learning Resource Center (LRC) will be at the bottom of Parking Lot 4. Look for the 4-H signs!
