UCSF shares COVID-19 data, other health data sets

Nov 25, 2024

The UC San Francisco California Collaborative for Public Health Research (CPR3) is an initiative that promotes statewide academic and public health partnerships to bridge research and policy.

CPR3 recently launched a research data catalog that features publicly available datasets related to COVID-19 and other public health topics relevant to the state of California. The goal of this searchable catalog is to reduce barriers for individuals interested in accessing this data and to help foster research collaborations.

“We are sharing this resource with you because of your network's interest in public health and related topics,” said Taytum Sanderbeck, CPR3 Data Catalog communications specialist. “We hope that you can share it widely! The catalog will be updated regularly with new content and users can also submit their own datasets.”

They hope the catalog will continue to grow and become a useful resource for researchers, students and policymakers. If you have any questions or suggestions, please email the UCSF CPR3 Data Catalog team at cpr3@ucsf.edu.
