Glenn 4-H Community Service Opportunity as Servers at the Glenn County Farm Bureau Crab Feed
Each year 4-H members 6th grade or above serve all the guests salad, bread, rice and crab at the Glenn County Farm Bureau Crab Feed in January. The Crab Feed takes place at the Glenn County Fairgrounds in the Whitsett-Cook Exhibit Hall. 4-H members are asked to meet at the Cafeteria to eat pizza beforehand and the serving process will be reviewed. It is important that 4-H members and volunteers are on their best behavior and represent 4-H well. We ask that you wear a white collared shirt with denim pants.
4-H Dessert Bake Sale Fundraiser
at the Glenn County Farm Bureau Crab Feed
Not only do we get to help serve, but Farm Bureau allows us to sell dessert at this event! This is a great opportunity to raise money for the 4-H program which allows us to purchase awards and hold county-wide events! We are asking each family to donate a “homemade” dessert.
