Livestock Challenge 2022-2023

The Livestock Challenge is an opportunity for members to demonstrate their livestock knowledge. Members will rotate through different stations and answer questions related to the species selected. Participants may compete in more than one species for the Livestock Challenge. If you sign up for multiple species, you will compete in one species at a time and then be directed to move on to the next species.  The Livestock Challenge will be open from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at the Glenn County Fairgrounds.

How to Participate

Only 4-H youth participants will be allowed in the contest area. Participants may compete in more than one species.

Categories Offered

The species offered for the Livestock Challenge will include avian, (chickens), beef cattle, dairy cattle, dairy goats, meat goats, rabbits, sheep, swine, and a special category for primary members.
